Deel Careers Page – AI-Powered Creative Direction
In collaboration with Carlos Wydler (Website Art Director), we developed the creative concept and AI production workflow for Deel’s Careers Page. Building on the visual language and storytelling established in Deel’s existing brand campaigns, we explored how AI could extend the brand narrative into the recruitment experience while maintaining consistency across visual identity, messaging, and user experience.
Our approach combined strategic concept development, art direction, prompt engineering, image generation, and AI video creation. Using advanced AI workflows, we created visual concepts and motion assets designed to attract global talent while reinforcing Deel’s remote-first culture and global mindset.
A key part of the creative process was the use of LAS (Lumière Atelier Studio) by BKCN, a custom AI Creative Direction and Prompt Engineering system developed to bridge the gap between strategic thinking and AI-generated content. LAS was designed to translate creative briefs into structured visual direction, combining brand positioning, audience understanding, storytelling, photography principles, cinematography, styling, lighting, composition, and platform-specific prompting methodologies.
Through LAS, we were able to rapidly explore, refine, and produce a wide range of creative concepts while maintaining visual consistency and alignment with Deel’s established brand language. The system enabled us to move from concept ideation to AI-generated imagery and video production through a scalable workflow that balanced creative exploration with strategic brand objectives.
This project demonstrates how AI can be integrated into modern creative production, not as a replacement for creative thinking, but as an extension of it. By combining human creativity, art direction, and structured prompt engineering, we were able to accelerate ideation, expand creative possibilities, and develop brand-consistent content at scale.
